Talk about ideological alignment. Chuckanut Bay Distillery and the Bellingham Community Food Co-op go together like, well, grain-to-glass gin and a locally sourced tonic. As Bellingham residents, we’ve long been fans of the Co-op, and their commitment to supporting local producers. The Co-op was also one of the first local retailers to bring our spirits into their stores, for which we’re eternally grateful.

Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting Vic Hubbard, the Downtown Co-op Store Wine Manager, at the distillery and showing him the operation up close and personal. This article describing the craft nature of our distillery was the result of that visit.
