5 Basil leaves
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1 1/2 oz. Chuckanut Bay Potato Vodka
Seltzer water
In a stirring glass, muddle basil leaves.
Mix in lime juice, simple syrup and vodka, stir until combined.
Strain into a cocktail glass over ice and top with seltzer.
Garnish with basil leaves.
